Willow & Light Yoga Studio A quiet place to breathe, move, and belong.

Frequently asked questions

What if I've never done yoga before?

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience. Our teachers guide you through every pose, show you modifications so your body feels supported, and create a room where newcomers feel welcomed. Your first class is free—come try it and see how it feels. Many of our students started with zero experience and now practice regularly.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just yourself and clothes you can move in comfortably. We provide mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters—everything you need to feel supported. Many students bring a water bottle, but it's optional. We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early so the teacher can say hello and answer any quick questions.

How do I book a class?

Use our booking form to request a class time that works for you. Tell us your experience level and let us know if you have any injuries or areas you'd like support with. We'll confirm your spot and send you any details you need before you arrive. Your first class is always free.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes. Drop-in classes are $18 each. We also offer packages: five classes for $80 or ten classes for $150, both valid for two months. If you'd like to ask about other options, just reach out and we can chat about what works for you.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We're closed Sundays. Our schedule of classes is posted in full on our schedule page, and you can request any class that fits your life.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens. Let us know as soon as you can, and we'll help you reschedule for another time. We simply ask for a little notice so we can plan the room. Reach out by phone or email and we'll take care of it.

Do you offer private sessions or workshops?

We primarily offer group classes because the shared calm of a group practice is special. If you're interested in private sessions or have a question about something specific, reach out and we can talk about what might work. We love working with people one-on-one when the need is there.
