Questions

I'm new to meditation. Will I be able to do this?

Yes. The teacher guides you the whole way, and there's no right way to meditate. Even if your mind wanders—which is normal—you're still practicing. Many people find guided meditation easier to begin with than practicing alone.

What happens during the session?

You'll start seated with gentle breathing guidance, move into simple, supported poses where you rest, and close with lying-down meditation. The teacher's voice and soft music hold the space while you simply rest and listen.

Will this help me sleep better?

Many students find their sleep improves after regular meditation practice. Even one session often leaves people deeply calm and rested, which naturally supports better sleep.
